The package is as follows:
You need to stay at Wetlands Country House & Sheds for 2 nights, and you will get 20% off your accommodation. Any 2 consecutive nights of a week.
A full English breakfast will be served at Wetlands Country House both mornings.
You will be issued with a voucher which you will present to the participating restaurants in the town of Wakkerstroom, this voucher will entitle you to receive the discounts you qualify for at each restaurant.

Our special is running from May - August 2020. You can come on any weekend / minimum two mid-week nights during this period.
You can choose which of the following restaurants you desire to eat at and when you want to eat at them over the course of the weekend. (A set schedule is not prescribed). Booking is advisable, our managers can assist you with this if necessary.
Each restaurant offers a unique FOODIE experience so we suggest that you try each of them.
There is no minimum number of guests to qualify, we can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests (8 couples sharing).
THE BISTRO
If you’re looking for an evening of entertainment and fine dining in the charming village of Wakkerstroom, The Bistro and Papillion Theatre offers the perfect way to enjoy an experience you will never forget. The elegant Bistro offers fine dining in a great atmosphere, since it forms part of the Metamorphis Gallery. Enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean with an array of tapas served at lunch time daily. Or allow the a la carte menu to awaken your taste buds
THE GARRET EMPORIUM
The Garrett Food Emporium has stood the test of time. They have kept their very high standard of serving delicious food over the years. They are open for breakfast, lunch and supper offering Italian-based food as well as different daily specials. Emma & Sheroo are currently running The Garret. Sheroo is a cocktail guru, and will give you an amazing cocktail "shaken or stirred" to your liking.

Kathy (and Emma) prepare the food with love, using only the best and freshest ingredients. The food is presented with an eye for detail. We had every option on the menu during a two-week stay in Wakkerstroom and each and every meal was just the best. I call the food at The Garret "poetry on a plate"
THE RED ROOSTER
The Restaurant and Pub offers the largest selection of Craft Beers in Mpumalanga, a full selection of South African beers plus an extensive wine list and spirits. The pub seats 60 people inside and outside in our beautiful garden where you can enjoy a variety of cocktails and craft beers. The menu offers a variety of meals using local produce, country cooking at its best. We also boast about the best pizza in Wakkerstroom according to the locals. The venue has an Old-World English Pub atmosphere and decorated with antiques and various memorabilia. Even the beer taps are antique! . Thursday to Sunday 9h00 to 16h00 (Kitchen closes at 16h00 but doors close when last Patron leaves)

THYME OUT
Thyme-out certainly does offer fine-dining. The newly opened restaurant has received remarkable reviews. Chef Kgomotso and her team certainly will wow you with phenomenally delicious food. Thyme-out offers elegant dining in Wakkerstroom. Enjoy light lunches or three course elegant dinners at Thyme Out.
